Shelby Arles
Nurse Practitioner, CPNP
I grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In 2017, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marian University. I began my nursing career in the Transplant, Neurosurgery, and Urology unit at Riley Children's Hospital.
In 2019, I completed a year of travel nursing in California, spending six months at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland and six months at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. After returning to Indiana, I continued my work at Riley while also pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specialty at Purdue University.
I began my career as a nurse practitioner with the Neurosurgery team at Riley Children's Hospital. Having come to Northpoint during my childhood, it is especially meaningful for me that my children are now patients here. I am excited to join the team as a nurse practitioner!
My husband and I have two sons and a Great Pyrenees. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends, going on walks, trying out local coffee shops, and listening to live music.
