Network Discounts

According to the contract Northpoint Pediatrics has with your insurance company, network discounts MAY NOT apply to non-covered services. This includes calendar year routine benefits that are exhausted.


Please make payments upon receipt of your initial statement to avoid additional charges. Payments can be made by using our Online Bill Pay or by calling 317-621-9183.

Insurance Cards / Coverage

Please be prepared to provide your insurance card(s) prior to each appointment. Please inform us at check in of any insurance changes, such as a new group or policy number, co-payment, or new employer. All insurance policies must be presented prior to being seen, including any secondary coverage.

Co-payments and Non Covered Services

Co-payments and/or any non-covered service amounts are due at the time services are provided regardless of who accompanies the child to the appointment. Payment in full is required at the time services are provided if Northpoint Pediatrics does not have a contract with your insurance company . There will be an additional $10 charge for any co-payment and/or non-covered service that is requested to be billed to the guarantor on the account.


If you have not met your deductible, we will collect 50% of the office visit charges at checkout.
