Northpoint Pediatrics joins Community Physician Network on Dec 1
On December 1, Community Hospital and Northpoint Pediatrics will take another step together when Northpoint, which saw its first patients in 1987, becomes a Community Physician Network practice.
• The pediatric practice will CONTINUE to operate in the same location, at Community Health Pavilion Noblesville, 9669 E. 146th St., Suite 300.
• The phone number will REMAIN 317-621-9000.
• Current patients will continue with their SAME doctor.
