4. Do you need urgent medical advice after hours?
To reach our after-hours partner, Access Nurse, call 317-621-9000 and follow the prompts.
- Team Health CANNOT access your child's health records, call in prescription refills, access lab results, schedule or cancel appointments, or handle other functions typically performed during regular office hours.
- Team Health CAN give urgent medical advice using the same office protocols you can access by using Barton Schmidt's Symptom Checker Medical Advice for Sick Kids.
We have partnered with Team Health to provide after-hours support services. Team Health has received the prestigious URAC Health Call Center Accreditation.
