Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

There are times when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  For convenience, you can do this 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

WEEKDAYS, AFTER HOURS OR WEEKENDS, Call 317-621-9000 and Press Option 1

  • ILL APPTS:  Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.
  • CHECKUP APPTS:  Please cancel by 4:30 p.m. the day before your appointment.  Monday appointments must be canceled by 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Fees:  We do not charge for the first time an appointment is failed or canceled without adequate notice.  The second occurrence is $50 and $100 for each additional appt.  This is calculated per child, not per family.   

We recognize with busy lifestyles, it can be challenging to remember appointments that were scheduled days, weeks, or months earlier.  For this reason, we confirm all appointments with a text message to your cell phone number before your scheduled appointment, one week, one day, and the same day.  We ask for a confirmation to be indicated.  These reports and confirmation responses are kept on file in our office.
