Failed and Canceled Appointment Fees

There are times when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  For convenience, you can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ILL APPTS:  Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.

CHECK-UP APPTS:  Please cancel by 4:30 p.m. the day before your appointment. Monday appointments must be canceled by 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Fees for Failed Appointments and Appointments Canceled with less than 2 Hours’ Notice

We do not charge for the first time an appointment is failed or canceled without adequate notice. The second occurrence is $50 and $100 for each additional appt. This is calculated per family not per child.   While we regret the need to impose this fee, we feel it is necessary in order to continue to maintain the quality of service our customers expect.
