Failed and Cancelled Appointments

Ill appointments must be cancelled two hours before your appt time. Well child appointments must be cancelled by 4:30pm the business day prior to your appointment. The first occurrence of a failed or canceled appointment for your family is no charge. The second occurrence is $50 and $100 for each additional appt. This is calculated per family not per child.
