Most of my childhood was spent in North Carolina, where I met my husband and my children were born. Later we lived in Dayton, Ohio and in 2008 moved to Noblesville where we adopted another daughter. My family is very active in Noblesville football and Rugby. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

I obtained my BSN in Nursing in 2006 from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Most of my nursing career has been caring for children in the inpatient, outpatient and emergency setting. I obtained my doctorate of nursing practice in pediatric primary care from Rush University in 2017. Primary care is my passion.

When not spending time with my very busy family, in my free time I love to create abstract paintings using nature as inspiration. I am also a weekend gardener. One of my favorite places to visit is the beaches of North Carolina.
