At Your First Appointment

We want your visit to Northpoint Pediatrics to be as smooth as possible. Here is what you can expect from us!

• You can expect a warm greeting from us when you and your child check in!
• We will collect your new patient forms (these can be completed ahead of time at home - click on the link to the right to print these forms).
• We will scan your child’s insurance card into our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• We will collect your co-payment
• If your insurance plan has a deductible we will collect 50% of the services when you check out
