Nurse Practitioner

PRN (as needed) - Weekdays as needed; Saturday am clinic (8:30a – 10a); Sunday pm clinic (4:30p – 6p) 

DUTIES: Candidate must have a genuine interest in delivering direct patient care to the pediatric population; candidate should be capable of providing education for patients and families; ability to triage and provide treatment for patients

EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited nursing school. Completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.

LICENSURE: Current and valid IN RN license; DEA number of prescription privileges granted and CPR certification required. Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner preferred or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

EXPERIENCE: If Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner: 3-5 years practicing as NP in a primary care office; If Certified Family Nurse Practitioner: 5-6 years practicing as NP in a primary care office
