I have an 8 year old son who has autism. Our insurance changed and we needed to find a new pediatrician. I thoroughly researched area pediatricians by asking other parents of children with special needs. I received several recommendations for Northpoint, so I decided to try them. That was 3 years ago and we have been so pleased with the doctors and staff at Northpoint, even though it is a large practice and we often see different doctors, everyone has been wonderful with my children: professional, knowledgeable, and (most important to my kids) very good at making them feel comfortable. Raising a child with autism is a difficult thing, and Northpoint is very understanding of our situation. They are always willing to provide referrals to specialists and do a great job tracking all of the paperwork that tends to accumulate in my son's file. They are sensitive to his special needs and have always been gentle and supportive.
